Internet + TV + Phone = bigger profit for the operator

Telecom operators offer internet, and that's clear. But surely they can offer much more. For example, television, thanks to KameleonTV, or telephone via KoataTel. How can you enrich your offer, gain more customers, and consequently increase profits?

At the MiŚOT Congress in Zakopane, the slogan ARPU, its increase, and its application in an operator's work appeared.

ARPU is an abbreviation for "average revenue per user." It is an indicator used to assess the revenue efficiency of companies. It determines how much revenue a user generates within a given period. This metric is widely used in industries where subscription models dominate, such as telecommunications.

That's enough theory. The practice is more interesting, which is knowledge on how to increase your income using available tools. First and foremost, how to offer not only the internet but also television and telephony, by using the offer prepared by the MiŚOT Group.

KameleonTV 2.0

KameleonTV version 2.0 is, above all, an even better application that allows for better management of the television offered to customers. Regardless of whether the recipient is using Android TV, a TV, or a tablet, they have full access to the offer.

– We are preparing another version of fixes so the system works even better – informed Paweł Białas from the MiŚOT Group – The product needs to evolve. Trends change, so that's necessary. We also want everything to be intuitive for the easiest possible operation.

KameleonTV is also one of the products offered in eMU, and you can check everything related to it there. The offer's billing and KameleonTV service monitoring will be located there.

Furthermore, regarding KameleonTv, eMu offers quick access and easy management. Most importantly, it will be very easy to connect another client to it, which will speed up service activation.

– A new widget for the website has also been created. Over time, it will be expanded with more features. All packages and channels with functionalities will be available there. It will be available for download in eMU. – added Paweł Białas.

Upon entering the channel offerings, one might get the mistaken impression that the packages are not filled with content. However, this has been clarified.

– We don't duplicate channels. We focus on the best quality, and if a given channel is in 4K quality, we offer it in that quality. We don't offer it in 4K and then add HD just to have more. That's why the number of our channels is real, not artificially inflated – explained the representative of Grupa MiŚOT.

Additionally, the offered package includes multiroom functionality. You can connect up to five devices and watch on three different devices simultaneously, regardless of what they are.

With KameleonTV, you can choose a decoder that will be sent to the customer, depending on their needs. One is a decoder with a Google account, which offers more possibilities but also requires user skill. The other is simpler for those who don't like modern solutions and value simplicity and tradition.

In addition, as part of the development of television offerings within the MiŚOT Group, there will be an expansion to include the IdM Content antenna field and a partnership with Diomar. This will allow for the enrichment of the product with satellite technology.

KoalaTel with ARPU support

KoalaTel is a new mobile network that paves the way for market entry into mobile, but it does so in a simple, flexible, and cost-effective manner for the local operator. The offer includes:
– voice rates;
– mobile internet;
eSIM card;
– 5G;
Wi-Fi Calling;
VoLTE.

And all of this comes with an attractive price. KoalaTel has no fixed fees, and the operator only pays for the SIM card or eSIM they offer the customer and for active services. This means customers only pay for what they actually use.

KoalaTel, like KameleonTv, is offered through eMU. This means full support and one system, regardless of whether it's through the Play or Orange network. The operator has transparency regarding the rates they can take advantage of.

The telephony offering is complemented by AMS System, which is landline telephony that MiŚOT can offer to clients.

This also applies to business clients, for whom special solutions have been prepared:

A telecommunications operator can immediately offer a bundle comprising KamaleonTV and KoalaTel. This provides a wider range of services for existing internet customers. Furthermore, a more diverse offering attracts new clients who prefer service bundles from a single operator rather than fragmentation and using different providers, which multiplies the number of bills.
