MiŚOT Data Center – migrations, implementations, next stage

The MiŚOT Data Center is operational and gradually ramping up. However, it is already apparent that the construction of the data center, belonging to small and medium-sized telecommunications operators, is yielding its first benefits.

In November 2025, we reported on in the test launch of the MiŚOT Data Center in Jaworzno, and a year ago we reported that Most MDC projects turned into existing buildings. Time for another construction report.

The construction of our data center will continue for years to come. – he/she says Daniel Piecuch, President of Projekt MDC. – However, individual components are launched independently and therefore may already be running.

A large part of construction activities also involves obtaining formal permits, including those for the commercial use of server rooms.

Here is a specific list of what has happened at MDC since November:

– usage permit obtained (December 2025);

– Akamai cluster launched;

— The Project MDF company node was launched at MDC (let's recall that MDF helps local operators build infrastructure with funds from FERC);

– IDM Kamaleon hardware was migrated to the MDC;

- a container has been ordered for technical service and 24/7 monitoring purposes;

– preparations have begun for STAGE 3 of the Investment (which means space for another 60 cabinets);

– security systems (including CCTV monitoring and environmental conditions) have been integrated;

– work has begun on the launch of the main power generator (1MW capacity);

– signed an agreement with HAWE for the installation of an additional internet connection (144J cable);

– NETIA is working to bring in a second, independent cable;

– are working on conceptual designs for the next (fourth) phase of the investment.
