Bartłomiej Smalcerz on the Management Board of MiŚOT SA

The Supervisory Board of MiŚOT SA has decided to strengthen the management board. On September 1, 2025, Bartłomiej Smalcerz joined the team, taking on the position of Vice President of the Management Board for Financial Affairs.

The new Board member is a lawyer by education, but has primarily focused his professional career on finance for years. For two decades, he worked in tax authorities, holding positions such as head of the tax office and deputy director of the Tax Chamber. For over 10 years, he has been active in business, combining the role of an entrepreneur with experience in finance and accounting departments.

Privately, Bartłomiej Smalcerz is a travel enthusiast – including culinary journeys – and he most enjoys spending his free time close to nature, hiking, and discovering new flavors.

His knowledge and experience will support MiŚOT SA in its further development and in strengthening the company's financial position.
