Magdalena Drozdowska joins the Management Board of MiŚOT S.A.

On June 16, 2026, Magdalena Drozdowska was appointed to the Management Board of MiŚOT S.A., assuming the function of Vice-President of the Management Board for Administrative Affairs.

Although for many this is information about the new function, in practice Magda has been co-creating the MiŚOT Group for years and participates in the most important processes taking place in the organization. Her appointment to the Management Board is therefore a natural stage of this long-term journey.

Magda belongs to the group of people who co-created the MiŚOT Group from its earliest days. She participated in the creation of new companies, building processes and implementing projects, which today constitute the foundation of the Group's operations. For years, she was one of those people who – although often in the shadows – made sure that even the most complex projects could be efficiently implemented.

She graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, where she graduated in economics with a specialization in market analyst. Already during her studies, she started working in one of the nationwide law firms. For nine years, she gained experience in the field of administration and corporate service of business entities, building competences that she successfully uses in managing the organization today.

She has been associated with the telecommunications industry since 2014. At the same time, he has been involved in the activities of the MiŚOT community for years, actively cooperating with the e-Południe Association. In September 2024, she took over the position of proxy. Since 2023, she has also been active in the Lokalni Foundation, and since June 2024, she has been a member of its Management Board, supporting the implementation of social and educational initiatives.

Since 2021, he has been the Director of the Management Board Office of the MiŚOT Group. It is in this position that he is responsible for coordinating many administrative and organizational processes, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Group and supporting the implementation of its strategic initiatives. Thanks to its involvement and coordination, the process of selling shares in MiŚOT S.A. – one of the most important corporate ventures in the history of the organization – was also successfully carried out.

– Magda has been one of the people without whom it is difficult to imagine the daily functioning of the MiŚOT Group for years. He knows the organization, its history, values and people very well. Her experience, consistency in action and ability to conduct complex processes make the appointment to the Management Board a natural step and a confirmation of the great trust she has been given – emphasize the representatives of the Group.

Privately, Magda prefers to spend time on bike trips. She is a fan of retro design and often spends her free time in the kitchen, baking cakes for family and friends.
