Changes in the structure of MiŚOT SA

MiŚOT SA announces changes in the organizational structure within the area of communication and marketing. As of February 1, 2024, Aleksandra Czerech, previously the marketing manager, has taken the position of Director of Communication and Marketing.

Aleksandra Czerech joined MiŚOT SA in 2022, becoming involved in the company's promotional and branding activities from the very beginning. She is the leader of the Lokalni.pl project, which supports the development of small and medium-sized telecommunications operators and their online visibility. Since January 2024, she has also held the position of President of the Lokalni Foundation, which focuses on social activities and supporting local initiatives in the telecommunications sector.

Previously, Aleksandra Czerech collaborated with Korbank SA, where she developed the Polish Capital project, aimed at supporting Polish enterprises. She was also associated with the Our Vision Foundation, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of Fly Mobile mobile telephony.

At the same time, we inform you that Paweł Gniadek, who served as Communications Director since 2021, has left the Group. His mission was to lead the organization through the transformation process into a capital group and a joint-stock company. During his tenure, he significantly influenced the development of the company's communication strategy, built relationships with the media, and strengthened the image of MiŚOT SA in the telecommunications market.
