The next stage of changes in the management of MiŚOT S.A.

Krzysztof Czuszek, co-founder of MiŚOT S.A. and one of the key figures of the environment of small and medium-sized telecommunications operators in Poland, resigned on October 23, 2026. This decision is part of the process of gradual transfer of management functions to external, independent professionals, which has been implemented since 2024. The resignation, preceded by medical leave, is to enable the continuation of these changes and the successor to take up the position.

Krzysztof Czuszek has been associated with the Polish telecommunications market for years. He belongs to the group of people who have actively participated in building cooperation between local operators, creating common infrastructure and developing projects increasing the competitiveness of Polish telecommunications service providers since the beginning of the industry in the country. 

He took over the position of the President of the Management Board of MiŚOT S.A. in December 2022, replacing Adam Kossowski, who became the Vice-President of the company. Previously, he held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board.

From the integration of operators to the development of the MiŚOT Group

Krzysztof Czuszko's activity is closely related to the history of the e-South Association and the EPIX movement exchange point. These initiatives played an important role in the integration of the Polish operator community, creating the foundations of cooperation on which the MiŚOT Group was built in the following years.

Krzysztof Czuszek also participated in the development of an organizational model based on cooperation and capital involvement of local operators. One of the important stages of this process was making MiŚOT S.A. shares available to telecommunications entrepreneurs, enabling them to participate directly in co-creating the future of the organization.

Under his leadership, the MiŚOT Group developed a portfolio of services and projects supporting local Internet providers, including telecommunications infrastructure, data centers, cybersecurity, multimedia services and business solutions.

MiŚOT S.A. enters a new phase of development

The decision of 23 October closes an important stage in the history of the company's management. As a co-founder and long-term member of the Management Board, Krzysztof Czuszek had a significant impact on shaping its strategy, the development of individual projects and building the position of the MiŚOT Group on the Polish telecommunications market. The entire MiŚOT Group team thanks him deeply for his years of passion, determination and irreplaceable contribution to the development of the entire industry. 

The change in the position of the President takes place during the period of further intensive development of the Group's operations, the implementation of key infrastructure investments and the growing importance of services related to network security and reliability. For MiŚOT S.A., this means the beginning of a new organizational stage, in which the priority remains to maintain the full continuity of implemented projects and to further strengthen cooperation with small and medium-sized telecommunications operators.
