The MiŚOT convention has begun in Nałęczów. Operators will have three days of discussions about business and technology.

The next MiŚOT Congress, a meeting of small and medium-sized telecommunications operators, has begun at Arche Nałęczów. The agenda included topics such as the development of MiŚOT Group tools, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and collaboration among local companies.

The MiŚOT Summit is an opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about new technological solutions, and discuss the challenges local operators face daily. This year's meeting is taking place at the Arche Nałęczów facility, and its program includes workshops, presentations, and discussions focused on business management, security, and the development of telecommunications services.

MiŚOT Group on tools for operators

One of the key areas of the program is solutions developed within the MiŚOT Group. On the first day of the conference, participants will learn about the current state of development of the eMU system during the presentation "Data under control – eMU in the daily business of operators." The meeting is scheduled for 9:40 a.m.

The next topic will be internet infrastructure security. At 10:55 a.m., the presentation "EPIX vs. DDoS – What Happens When the Internet Hits You?" will address the threats posed by DDoS attacks. This is a crucial issue for operators who must ensure the continuity of their networks and services.

The program also includes presentations on television offerings. During the presentation "KAMELEON TV and KOALA TEL," participants will explore opportunities for developing services that customers already pay for, but not necessarily through their local provider.

The Local Foundation and cooperation between operators

Another highlight of the first day will be a meeting dedicated to the work of the Lokalni Foundation. During the presentation "Localni Foundation: The Power of Local Operators in Practice," scheduled for 11:55 a.m., opportunities to leverage the potential of local telecommunications companies and collaborate within the community will be discussed.

The convention aims to be not only a venue for presenting ready-made solutions, but also a space for discussing industry challenges and needs. This goal is served by, among other things, "ISP Forum Live, or... MiŚOT's Hyde Park. What's troubling operators today?" The meeting is scheduled for 4:00 PM on the first day. The forum format emphasizes direct exchange of opinions between operators. Hyde Park is open only to small and medium-sized operators.

AI, service development and network security

Even before the main part of the conference begins, attendees can participate in the session "AI that works! MiŚOT Stage." Scheduled for 1:30 PM, the event will present practical applications of artificial intelligence. Instead of focusing on general announcements, participants will showcase solutions used in everyday business, from process automation to proprietary AI tools and agents.

The first day's program also included presentations on the NET47 3.0 project and the Sencito river level monitoring system, being implemented in the Skoczów commune. These are examples of topics related to infrastructure development and the practical application of technology.

In turn, AMS SYSTEM representatives will talk about the possibilities of expanding the offer for business customers with voice, SMS, Contact Center and Back Office solutions.

The second day of DDoS and the MDO project

Cybersecurity will remain a key topic on the second day of the Summit. At 11:40 a.m., a "Compendium of Knowledge on DDoS Attacks" will begin, prepared with the participation of representatives of the MiŚOT Group and companies specializing in network security. Participants will have the opportunity to examine threats and ways to respond to attacks that can disrupt telecommunications services.

A presentation entitled “MDO PROJECT – What will happen after 5 years?” was previously planned, concerning further activities after the expiry of the OSEPd7 contract and its transformation into the OSEPd7P contract.

Workshops and practical knowledge for companies

The Congress program also includes activities for those responsible for company management and customer service. On Monday, participants can participate in workshops on telecommunications infrastructure legalization, covering topics such as network legal audits, documentation, and streamlining the legal status of existing installations.

The second workshop focused on sales in customer service offices. Participants will work on sales conversation templates and ways to increase the effectiveness of customer service teams.

The organizers are therefore focusing on both technological expertise and solutions that can translate into everyday business operations. Attendees can also use the conference app, which helps them keep track of the schedule and key organizational information.

The MiŚOT meeting in Nałęczów will last three days. Key topics include network security, service development, new technologies, and cooperation between operators who are jointly building the local telecommunications market.
