Changes in the area of compliance of MiŚOT S.A.

We would like to inform you that as of August 1, 2026, Marcin Zemła has completed his duties as a Compliance Officer at MiŚOT S.A.

We thank Marcin for his commitment and contribution to the development of the area of compliance and personal data protection in the MiŚOT Group. We wish you success in the implementation of subsequent professional projects.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that this change does not affect the implementation of services provided by Projekt MdS Sp. z o.o. with the participation of Marcin Zemła. All services in the field of ISMS implementation and service, security consultations, performing the function of Data Protection Inspector or Security Representative. These services are provided on the basis of an existing agreement between MdS and Informatics, whose president is Marcin Zemła.

Information regarding the person who will assume the function of Compliance Officer in MiŚOT S.A. will be provided in a separate communication.
