MiŚOT Group and Ekovoltis join forces

On November 18, during the 10th Jubilee MISOT Convention in Łochów, the MISOT Group and Ekovoltis signed a cooperation agreement based on which small and medium-sized operators affiliated with the MISOT Group formed a purchasing group for MISOTs in the area of electricity distribution. This is another step towards strengthening the position of local telecommunications operators in the face of growing energy challenges and building more favorable, stable purchasing conditions for telecommunications operators.

The formal presentation of the cooperation took place during the anti-Gala, one of the key events of the Convention. The MIKOT Group was represented by Adam Kossowski, Vice President of the Board of Directors, while Ekovoltis President Piotr Ostaszewski, who in his speech emphasized the scale and dynamics of the company's development and its vision of energy transformation.

CEO Piotr Ostaszewski presented the development of Ekovoltis in a way that best captures the company's ambition and momentum. MiŚOT Group and Ekovoltis have been building a position as an innovator in the energy market from the beginning - acting well in advance, investing aggressively in development and consistently pursuing a long-term strategy.

The cooperation with Ekovoltis fits perfectly with the ideas and goals of the MIA Group, which are to support local operators in the transition to cheaper, stable and more predictable energy.

The emerging purchasing group will allow:

  • get better pricing terms through economies of scale,
  • Improve the stability and predictability of operating costs,
  • provide operators with access to solutions that are in line with the direction of the energy transition in Poland and Europe,
  • Include SMEs in the green technology revolution by making real use of RES and optimization tools.

Ekovoltis' mission is to connect renewable energy generators with companies seeking environmentally friendly yet cost-effective energy solutions. With in-depth expertise, a customized approach to each client, advanced technology backed by AI, the company helps reduce energy costs by up to tens of percent, supports the decarbonization of the energy sector and creates a clean and safe living environment for future generations.

The signed agreement is not only a declaration of cooperation, but above all another step in building synergies between local operators and providers of modern energy solutions.

In a sector where electricity bills can determine profitability, every opportunity for optimization takes on strategic importance.
