Paweł Szumski is the new President of the Management Board of MiŚOT S.A.

At the end of October 2026, Paweł Szumski, a manager with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industry, took the position of President of the Management Board of MiŚOT S.A. The appointment of a new president is an important step towards further strengthening the operational structure, developing infrastructure and building a transparent portfolio of services for small and medium-sized telecommunications operators in Poland.

The new President of MiŚOT S.A. is an expert for years related to the market of advanced technologies, data centers and management of large infrastructure projects. He gained his extensive experience working for industry leaders both in Poland and abroad.

Over three decades of experience in the telco and IT market

Paweł Szumski is a graduate of the Faculty of Automation, Electronics and Computer Science at the Silesian University of Technology. For 13 years, he was associated with the 3S Group, where, among others, he headed the network department at TKP S.A. As COO of 3S Data Center S.A., he was responsible for the construction and operational development of data center infrastructure, including the implementation of two prestigious Tier III facilities. Then he headed the team of project managers at 3S S.A.

In his professional career, he also worked for Polcom S.A., where he was responsible for the construction of a fiber-optic connection between data centers and the development of cloud services sales, as well as for Liberty Global in Amsterdam during the large-scale expansion of the telecommunications network. Since 2019, he has been a co-owner of the White Label Coders software house, where he was responsible for operational management and business processes.

A new stage and a clear direction for the development of the MiŚOT Group

The appointment of Paweł Szumski as President coincides with the intensive development of key projects of the MiŚOT Group, including the expansion of the Data Center infrastructure in Jaworzno, strengthening the EPIX node and the implementation of new cybersecurity services.

The new president's broad competences – combining a meaty engineering background, critical infrastructure management and experience in the field of software solutions – are an ideal response to the challenges currently faced by the MiŚOT market.

"MiŚOT is an environment that I have known for years and that grew out of real cooperation between local operators. I want the Group to be an even stronger support for them: with a transparent structure, clear finances and services that really help operators to develop their business. I would like to thank the Supervisory Board and the e-Południe Association for their trust" – emphasizes Paweł Szumski, President of the Management Board of MiŚOT S.A.

Continuation of the mission with an emphasis on operational efficiency

Appointment of a new president guarantees continuity of implemented strategies while implementing best management and operational practices. For shareholders, business partners and small and medium-sized telecommunications operators, this means further strengthening the position of MiŚOT S.A. as a stable, reliable and modern technology partner.
