The central system of reporting and billing for service delivery, as well as the support of the MISOT Group's team at every stage - from implementation, through execution, to network maintenance (as in the OSE-National Educational Network project), provides operators with a guarantee of reliable and professional back-up.

The experience gained through participation in the MdO Project paves the way for local operators to participate in subsequent nationwide tenders, supports their development and strengthens the competitiveness of the small and medium-sized operator sector against the largest market players.

The project was created to strengthen the capacity of SMEs, provide them with a common brand, tools to participate in large public proceedings and increase their chances in tenders.

Joint strength of local operators in nationwide tenders

MdO is an initiative that has enabled local operators to compete in nationwide tenders on equal terms with corporate operators in the telecommunications market.

Thanks to MdO, local operators participate, among other things, in tenders for the construction of the Nationwide Educational Network (OSE), which works to digitize and develop schools.

To date, operators have won more than 3,000 locations in proceedings organized by national administration units. The project is constantly being developed, and operators under MdO are successively acquiring new locations.

New MNOs that plan to expand their infrastructure can join the initiative at any time. A common brand, experience and support is all a local operator needs to operate on a nationwide scale, effectively, professionally and confidently.
