TeleResponsible of the Year 2025 Chosen!

During the MiŚOT Congress in Zakopane, held from April 20-22, 2026, the winners of the TeleResponsible of the Year 2025 competition, organized by the Lokalni Foundation, were announced. This is one of the most important awards in the small and medium-sized telecommunications operator community, which has been promoting the idea of social responsibility in the industry for years.

The competition recognizes operators who, alongside their daily business activities, engage in the life of local communities, support education, social initiatives, and pro-ecological actions. As emphasized during the event, CSR in the telecommunications sector is no longer an add-on – it is becoming an integral part of it.

Local operators, real impact

The competition jury emphasized that the level of submissions this year was exceptionally high. The projects encompassed a wide range of activities – from supporting the education of children and youth, through ecological initiatives, to actions for the safety and integration of local communities.

CSR is not a theory, but concrete actions that change the reality around us. – emphasized Aleksandra Czerech, president of the Lokalni Foundation. – Every operator, regardless of the scale of their business, can have a real impact on their surroundings and inspire others.

The company GIGA from Skała, an operator that consistently combines technological development with real support for the local community, received the highest rating from the Chapter. For years, the company has been involved in educational and social initiatives, supporting, among other things, activities for children and youth, and projects that improve the quality of life for residents. It is an example of an organization that treats its presence in the region as a commitment. For first place, the operator received PLN 10,000 and a statuette.

Second place went to ART-COM, an operator that has been engaged in activities beyond standard telecommunications for over a decade. The company actively participates in the life of the local community, getting involved in social projects and supporting initiatives of an educational and integration nature. As representatives of the company emphasized, such activities are a natural part of their operations, not an addition. For second place, 5,000 PLN and a statuette were awarded.

The Chapter also awarded special distinctions. Auto-MiK Żurek and Comnet Multimedia were awarded checks for PLN 1,000 each for their submissions.

The awards also went to operators, who also demonstrate how diverse CSR activities can be in the industry:

  • Microchip – for technological and educational initiatives that help develop digital competencies and increase access to modern solutions.
  • MediaNet24 – for activity in the area of social projects and actions integrating the local community.
  • Beskid Media – for broad commitment to social, educational, and ecological activities that have a real impact on the environment.

Industry that works together

The TeleResponsible of the Year Competition is not just about awards, but above all, a space for exchanging experiences and mutual inspiration. Operators share their projects, showing that modern telecommunications can and should go hand in hand with social responsibility.

– Appreciating such actions is of great importance. – emphasized Sebastian Pycia from ART-COM. – For years, we've been involved locally, and recognitions like these show that it's worthwhile. This is also a signal to other operators that they can act similarly and jointly build something more than just a business.

The announcement of the results during the Zakopane MiŚOT Convention was symbolic. The event, which brings together the operator community every year, once again showed that people, cooperation, and shared values are the strength of the industry.
