This decision is part of the process of gradual transfer of management functions to external, independent professionals, which has been implemented since\u00a02024. The resignation, preceded by medical leave, is to enable the continuation of these changes and the successor to take up the position.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krzysztof Czuszek has been associated with the\u00a0Polish telecommunications market for years. He belongs to the group of people who have actively participated in\u00a0building cooperation between local operators, creating common infrastructure and developing projects increasing the competitiveness of Polish telecommunications service providers since the beginning of the industry in the\u00a0country.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He took over the position of the President of the Management Board of Mi\u015aOT S.A. in\u00a0December 2022, replacing Adam Kossowski, who became the Vice-President of the company. Previously, he held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From the integration of operators to the\u00a0development of the Mi\u015aOT Group<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krzysztof Czuszko's activity is closely related to the\u00a0history of the e-South Association and the EPIX movement exchange point. These initiatives played an important role in the\u00a0integration of the Polish operator community, creating the foundations of cooperation on\u00a0which the Mi\u015aOT Group was built in the following years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krzysztof Czuszek also participated in the\u00a0development of an organizational model based on\u00a0cooperation and capital involvement of local operators. One of the\u00a0important stages of this process was making Mi\u015aOT S.A. shares available to telecommunications entrepreneurs, enabling them to participate directly in\u00a0co-creating the future of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under his leadership, the Mi\u015aOT Group developed a portfolio of services and\u00a0projects supporting local Internet providers, including telecommunications infrastructure, data centers, cybersecurity, multimedia services and business solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-misot-s-a-wchodzi-w-nowa-faze-rozwoju\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mi\u015aOT S.A.\u00a0enters a\u00a0new phase of development<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decision of\u00a023 October closes an important stage in the\u00a0history of the company's management. As a co-founder and\u00a0long-term member of the Management Board, Krzysztof Czuszek had a significant impact on\u00a0shaping its strategy, the development of individual projects and building the position of the Mi\u015aOT Group on the\u00a0Polish telecommunications market. The entire Mi\u015aOT Group team thanks him deeply for his years of passion, determination and irreplaceable contribution to the\u00a0development of the entire industry.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The change in the\u00a0position of the President takes place during the period of further intensive development of the Group's operations, the implementation of key infrastructure investments and the growing importance of services related to network security and\u00a0reliability.
