Operators will gain not only a preview of the services used, but also the ability to order, change and\u00a0terminate them. An important part of the changes will be new user roles and\u00a0permissions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The direction of the development of eMU is clear: instead of several independent systems, the operator will receive one environment in\u00a0which he will check his services, settlements and\u00a0parameters, read important messages and, above all, make changes on his own at\u00a0a convenient moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So far, eMU has been used primarily by operators using\u00a0KameleonTV. Companies with a signed contract to operate this service have access to the system, and the tool itself allows, among other things, to manage subscribers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, as Pawe\u0142 Bia\u0142as, Director of Development and\u00a0Sales of the Mi\u015aOT Group, comments, the scope of eMU's capabilities will be much wider. Ultimately, the system is to integrate further products and\u00a0services, limiting the need to use several separate tools and\u00a0contact the service in\u00a0matters that the operator will be able to deal with independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-kameleontv-czyli-wiecej-informacji\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>KameleonTV, or more information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first changes concern KameleonTV. At the\u00a0request of the operators, information on\u00a0errors occurring during the use of the\u00a0service was expanded. Thanks to this, partners can check what a specific message means faster, without having to ask each time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operator has also been given access to\u00a0information regarding its trading conditions. They can check what packages they use, what prices apply to them and until\u00a0when they remain valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The API is also being developed, which significantly improves the visualization of the program offer on the operators' websites. Currently, version 2.0 is already in operation, and the Mi\u015aOT Group is working on a widget to facilitate the presentation of packages, channels and\u00a0functionalities on operators' websites. The widget is designed to automatically adapt to, among other things, the\u00a0light or dark appearance of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 eMU is designed in such a way that it is primarily intuitive and\u00a0quick to\u00a0use. It is known that\u00a0people using the\u00a0system have many other tasks on a daily basis, so working in\u00a0eMU should take as little time as possible. A good example is the KameleonTV service \u2013 it takes only a dozen or so seconds to click it \u2013 says Pawe\u0142 Bia\u0142as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operator can also independently check which subscribers have active specific services, in\u00a0what number and since\u00a0when they use\u00a0them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-sklep-misot-przenosi-sie-do-emu\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mi\u015aOT store moves to\u00a0eMU<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Much larger changes concern the Mi\u015aOT Store. Ultimately, its functionalities are to be transferred to\u00a0eMU, and the current store solution is to be withdrawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The process is already underway. Already in\u00a0August, contractors will get access to a preview of purchased services along with\u00a0a full history of billing events. This is another step towards greater transparency and\u00a0easier management of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In\u00a0the first stage, the focus was on\u00a0providing a clear overview of the ordered services and billing events. A person with\u00a0appropriate permissions can check at\u00a0any time what services are active, at\u00a0what price and\u00a0from\u00a0when.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next step will be the ability to order, modify and\u00a0terminate services directly in\u00a0eMU. Ultimately, the entire process will be enclosed in\u00a0one system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-nie-kazdy-pracownik-bedzie-mogl-zamawiac\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Not every employee will be able to order<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Along with the\u00a0expansion of the eMU, a system of roles and\u00a0permissions is introduced. This is especially important for larger operators, where many people use the company's account. Not every user will be able to order products or modify services \u2013 such rights will be granted to selected persons by the account owner. So it is worth checking whether the owner has already been assigned the role of an EPID-Owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 EPID allows you to\u00a0set different roles and\u00a0permissions in\u00a0the eMU, thanks to which the account owner can decide who has access to\u00a0individual functions and\u00a0who can perform specific operations \u2013 explains Pawe\u0142 Bia\u0142as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This means that\u00a0some employees will only be able to view information, while the possibility of placing orders or making changes will be limited to\u00a0the indicated persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-misot-ma-miec-zawsze-taniej\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mi\u015aOT should always be cheaper<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In\u00a0practice, this means the possibility of using different price levels, better suited to the\u00a0specifics and\u00a0needs of individual contractors. This allows you to combine more price flexibility with a more individual approach to\u00a0cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 We want to follow the principle that\u00a0Mi\u015aOT is always cheaper \u2013 emphasizes Pawe\u0142 Bia\u0142as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will allow you to differentiate the prices of individual products depending on the status of the customer. eMU will automatically present the right conditions assigned to\u00a0a specific operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-faktury-beda-wystawiane-wczesniej\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Invoices will be issued earlier<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transfer of services to eMU also involves billing changes. Mi\u015aOT Group wants to switch to\u00a0earlier invoicing of some services. So far, in\u00a0many cases, the operator first used the\u00a0product for a whole month, and the invoice appeared only in the\u00a0next one. At the same time, the Mi\u015aOT Group previously settled receivables from suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the increasing scale of services such as medical packages or sports cards, as well as the introduction of more services, the Group had to finance more and more amounts in advance. eMU organizes this process and\u00a0allows you to switch to a model of invoicing services in advance, which facilitates the management of the entire financial area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-koalatel-takze-trafi-do-emu\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>KoalaTel will also go to\u00a0eMU<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The integration of KoalaTel with\u00a0two suppliers has already been completed, and the whole will be operated directly from the eMU level. In\u00a0one place, the operator will be able to search for the subscriber, manage his number and\u00a0carry out the process of his transfer, without the need to use\u00a0additional tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the architecture of the solution remains open \u2013 if there is a need to add more, it will be possible to add them without rebuilding the entire system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, activities are being carried out on the visual side and the user experience, i.e. how the solution will look and\u00a0work from the\u00a0perspective of the operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-epix-najpierw-billing-pozniej-pelna-samoobsluga\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EPIX: billing first, then full self-service<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EPIX is another area developed in\u00a0eMU. Integration is carried out in stages. The first step is to transfer the billing, thanks to which the billing of services and the generation of settlements will take place systemically, directly in the\u00a0eMU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Operators will then get a full view of their EPIX services. In\u00a0one place, they will check what services they have, where they are located, as well\u00a0as see information about ports, ropes and other services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">eMU will also facilitate the handling of failures. In\u00a0the event of an incident involving a service or equipment, the system will allow you to quickly verify whether a given situation applies to a specific operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ultimately, EPIX will switch to\u00a0a full self-service model. The Operator will independently order, modify or terminate the EPIX service without the need to send an e-mail. The scope of available operations will remain dependent on the user's role and\u00a0permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-jedno-miejsce-rowniez-na-aktualnosci\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>One place also for\u00a0news<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">eMU is also becoming a place of communication with\u00a0operators. Information on changes in\u00a0services, new versions of software, applications and subsequent functionalities is published here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to this, technical and\u00a0product information goes directly to\u00a0people using\u00a0specific solutions. Some messages are addressed only to\u00a0logged in users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the Mi\u015aOT Group, this means automating subsequent processes and\u00a0limiting the number of activities requiring service on\u00a0its part.
