Her appointment to the\u00a0Management Board is therefore a natural stage of this long-term journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Magda belongs to the\u00a0group of people who co-created the Mi\u015aOT Group from\u00a0its earliest days. She participated in the\u00a0creation of new companies, building processes and\u00a0implementing projects, which today constitute the foundation of the Group's operations. For years, she was one of\u00a0those people who \u2013 although often in the shadows \u2013 made sure that even the most complex projects could be efficiently implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She graduated from the University of Economics in\u00a0Katowice, where she graduated in economics with a\u00a0specialization in market analyst. Already during her studies, she started working in\u00a0one of the\u00a0nationwide law firms. For nine years, she gained experience in the\u00a0field of administration and corporate service of business entities, building competences that she successfully uses in\u00a0managing the organization today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She\u00a0has been associated with the telecommunications industry since\u00a02014. At the same time, he has been involved in the\u00a0activities of the Mi\u015aOT community for years, actively cooperating with\u00a0the e-Po\u0142udnie Association. In\u00a0September 2024, she took over the position of proxy. Since\u00a02023, she has also been active in\u00a0the Lokalni Foundation, and\u00a0since\u00a0June 2024, she has been a member of\u00a0its Management Board, supporting the implementation of social and\u00a0educational initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since\u00a02021, he has been the Director of the Management Board Office of the Mi\u015aOT Group. It is in\u00a0this position that he is responsible for\u00a0coordinating many administrative and\u00a0organizational processes, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Group and supporting the implementation of its strategic initiatives. Thanks to its involvement and\u00a0coordination, the process of selling shares in Mi\u015aOT S.A.\u00a0\u2013 one of the most important corporate ventures in the history of the organization \u2013 was also successfully carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Magda has\u00a0been one of the people without whom it is difficult to imagine the daily functioning of the Mi\u015aOT Group for years. He knows the organization, its history, values and\u00a0people very well. Her experience, consistency in\u00a0action and ability to conduct complex processes make the appointment to the Management Board a natural step and a confirmation of the great trust she has been given \u2013 emphasize the representatives of the Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Privately, Magda prefers to spend time on bike trips.
